Labor Day:
Wasn't supposed to work today. Got a call at exactly 8:00 a.m. telling me the cook had called off and I was needed. I told them Ok and went back to sleep for an hour and a half. Showed up at 9:55. Got a 5 dollar bonus for showing up on an off day and Labor Day at that.
Prepped:
4 Pans of Lettuce
3 Pans of Steak
1 Case of Green Peppers
1 Case of Red Onions
6 Pans of Fajitas
2 Batches of Guacamole (still not sure how the fuck you spell this. I guess it's why I work at Chipotle)
I left at 3:53 p.m. Got about 4 dollars in tips including a golden dollar, the first one I've ever had.
